Produced at Kateshi and Isanya Estates in the Northern Province of Zambia from trees of the Bourbon and Catimor varieties of Arabica and processed by the natural, or sun-dried-in-the-fruit, method. The Northern Province is home to the country’s highlands, where ancient volcanic soils and natural processing help produce the complex flavor and heavy body of this AAA/AA graded RFA certified coffee. In a blind assessment by Coffee Review, this coffee was found to be "crisp, cleanly fruit-centered with notes of dried raspberry, honeysuckle, and grapefruit zest.
