In Huila, Jose Uribe Lasso founded Finca El Divisio as a way to experiment & improve Colombia's coffee quality. Through various forms of experimentation with processing and fermentation in hopes of achieving traceable cup profiles that are recognized. 

"Sidra" varietal is a rare Arabica species that has recently become popular, even rivaling some of the other higher-end varietals like Gesha. Some even say it shares a sweet cup profile comparable to Ethiopian varietals. With the Natural processing, we can't help but think of how well this coffee highlights Sidra’s fruity character, and this Sidra Colombia green coffee from El Diviso is bursting with a flavor profile with tropical fruits like Dragonfruit, Orange, and Pomegranate followed up with a really juicy White Tea like finish.
